Victoria's Bio
Victoria Janssen is a voracious reader, especially of historical romance and space opera, but has never once defeated the to-be-read pile at the foot of her bed. When she's not writing or reading, she attends science fiction conventions to conduct panel discussions and give workshops on writing and selling erotica.
Frequent themes in her stories include role reversal, creating families and empowering women, usually through unconventional means.
Under her pseudonym, Elspeth Potter, she's sold more than thirty short stories, including several reprints to The Mammoth Book of Best New Erotica. She's the only writer she knows who's published a story that includes giant people-eating turtles.
The Duchess, Her Maid, the Groom and Their Lover, a December 2008 SPICE release, is Victoria’s first novel. Her second, The Moonlight Mistress, is an October 2009 SPICE release.
