FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q What should I do if I forget my password?
A Click the “Sign in to my account” link in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Type in your email address and click "Password Hint." If this hint doesn't help you to remember your password, you can click “Generate a new password” to have a new password emailed to you. You will then be able to get the new password from your email and use it to sign in.

Q What methods of payment do you accept?
A When placing your order, you can pay by Visa and MasterCard credit cards or select the “Bill Me” option.

Q How does “Bill Me” work?
A If you select “Bill Me,” you will receive an invoice with your shipment, which you can then pay by mailing us a check or money order, or you can pay your invoice online through our Customer Self-Service option.

Q Do you offer any discounts on Shipping?
A Yes! First-time buyers: At eHarlequin.com, you automatically get FREE shipping on the first order you place with us. Just browse and add your books to your shopping cart. When you check out, select the "Economy" shipping option ("Standard" for Canadian customers) and you'll get FREE shipping!

Q Can I access my account info and order history?
A Yes! By clicking on the “Sign in to my account” link at the top of every page on the site, you will be able to view your past eHarlequin.com, Reader Service and Bonus Bucks orders. To access your history, you will have to register your account with eHarlequin.com. This is a one-time procedure—once you’ve registered your account, all the account details will be visible to you when you log in to eHarlequin.com and access the My Account section.

Q I want to write a novel for Harlequin. How should I go about doing this?
A Your first step should be to read our editorial guidelines. While these pages are designed to be only a guide and not a substitute for extensive reading or research, they will help you in thinking about which series or imprint you would like to write for and how to submit your manuscript.
