Q What should I do if I forget my password?

If this hint doesn't help you to remember your password, you can click “Generate a new password” to have a new password emailed to you. You will then be able to get the new password from your email and use it to sign in.

Q How does “Bill Me” work?

Q Why does my shopping cart empty?
A Your shopping cart may empty for two reasons. If you are not signed in, items are saved in the cart for a standard 30–minute shopping session. When the 30 minutes have elapsed, your cart will empty. We recommend you sign in to your account while shopping so items will be saved to your cart.

Secondly, if your web browser’s cookies are disabled or if your browser is set to refuse cookies from our website, you will not be able to store items in your cart or complete a purchase. Cookies are safe and commonly used on the internet. We suggest you adjust your web browser settings to accept cookies from See your browser’s help section to find instructions on setting cookies.

Q Can I access my account info and order history?
A Yes! By clicking on the “Sign in to my account” link at the top of every page on the site, you will be able to view your past, Reader Service and Bonus Bucks orders. You can know order either print books or ebooks from a single account, which you can assess through the "My Account" link at the top of the page using the log-in information from your most recently created account. You can still access all previously purchased ebooks through your account.

Q Why is there a different cover for a book on than I've seen on a different site?
A The most recent cover of a title will be displayed and may not reflect the cover on a different edition or format. For example, a hardcover edition of a book may have a different cover than a more recent mass market paperback edition.

Q How much tax will I be charged when I shop on
