Q What should I do if I forget my password?
A Click the “Sign in to my account” link in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Type in your email address and click "Password Hint." If this hint doesn't help you to remember your password, you can click “Generate a new password” to have a new password emailed to you. You will then be able to get the new password from your email and use it to sign in.
Q What methods of payment do you accept?
A When placing your order, you can pay by Visa and MasterCard credit cards or select the “Bill Me” option.
Q How does “Bill Me” work?
A If you select “Bill Me,” you will receive an invoice with your shipment, which you can then pay by mailing us a check or money order, or you can pay your invoice online through our Customer Self-Service option.
Q Do you offer any discounts on Shipping?
A Yes! First-time buyers: At Harlequin.com, you automatically get FREE shipping on the first order you place with us. Just browse and add your books to your shopping cart. When you check out, select the "Economy" shipping option ("Standard" for Canadian customers) and you'll get FREE shipping!
Returning customers: Spend $15 or more (excluding taxes) and you will get FREE shipping! Add your favorite books to your shopping cart, and as you are checking out, select the “Economy” shipping option (“Standard” for Canadian customers)—if your order is over $15.00, you will automatically qualify for the FREE shipping offer.
Q Why does my shopping cart empty?
A Your shopping cart may empty for two reasons. If you are not signed in, items are saved in the cart for a standard 30–minute shopping session. When the 30 minutes have elapsed, your cart will empty. We recommend you sign in to your account while shopping so items will be saved to your cart.
Q Can I access my account info and order history?
A Yes! By clicking on the “Sign in to my account” link at the top of every page on the site, you will be able to view your past Harlequin.com, Reader Service and Bonus Bucks orders. To access your history, you will have to register your account with Harlequin.com. This is a one-time procedure—once you’ve registered your account, all the account details will be visible to you when you log in to Harlequin.com and access the My Account section.
Q I want to write a novel for Harlequin. How should I go about doing this?
A Your first step should be to read our editorial guidelines. While these pages are designed to be only a guide and not a substitute for extensive reading or research, they will help you in thinking about which series or imprint you would like to write for and how to submit your manuscript.
Q What book formats can I buy at Harlequin.com?
A You can currently purchase print (Hardcover, Trade or mass market paperback) and ebook (EPUB) formats at Harlequin.com. A list of all available formats is included on the book detail page for each title.

Q I used to have two accounts for Harlequin.com and the Harlequin ebook store, what has happened to them?
A Harlequin.com has combined our print and ebook stores! You can know order either print books or ebooks from a single account, which you can assess through the "My Account" link at the top of the page using the log-in information from your most recently created account. You can still access all previously purchased ebooks through your account.
Q Why is there a different cover for a book on Harlequin.com than I've seen on a different site?
A The most recent cover of a title will be displayed and may not reflect the cover on a different edition or format. For example, a hardcover edition of a book may have a different cover than a more recent mass market paperback edition.
Q What is Reader Service?
A Reader Service is a unique book club. Readers are invited to sign up for monthly deliveries of books in their favorite series and genres. The books are delivered right to your door before they are available in stores. When you first sign up for Reader Service, you’ll get free books and a mystery gift, but there’s no obligation to buy anything, ever! Q How much tax will I be charged when I shop on Harlequin.com?
A Sales tax, if applicable, is charged based on your state or country of residence, and will be confirmed upon process of your order. Canadian residents will be charged the appropriate GST or HST for their order.
